"The American Landscape: Seven Perspectives" Opens at Lowell Center

This exhibit features landscape images created by members of the Signature Seven, a group formed as the result of a fine art class in photography taught at CPM several years ago by Don Mendenhall.

Members of the group are: Carl Bowser, Wayne Brabender, Marcia Getto, Jim Meldrum, Don Mendenhall, Dave Peterson, Dan Rich and Paul Thoresen. They have worked together for over 5 years to discuss and develop their "signature styles".

This exhibit opens September 1 at Lowell Conference Center, 610 Langdon Street and runs through October 30th. A reception will be held Sunday September 21 from 1 to 3 pm  at the Lowell Conference Center.

Lowell Center Lobby 2015 Photographic Arts Exhibition Call for Exhibitors

The Lowell Center is pleased to issue a call to photographic artists for juried exhibition applications for 2015. The Lowell Center is located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus at 610 Langdon St., and operated by the University of Wisconsin-Extension Conference Centers. The lobby is set aside to showcase the creativity and talent of photographic artists throughout the Madison area and southern Wisconsin. The application deadline is Aug. 1 2014. Exhibitors will be named Sept. 1.
