Schedule Darkroom Time
PhotoMidwest members can reserve one or more hours of darkroom use here. Before using the darkroom you must first have an on-site orientation. Darkroom time can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance. Any cancellation must be done at least 12 hours before your scheduled time begins or you are charged.
Pay your Darkroom Hourly Fees on the PhotoMidwest website's Store. Do not pay until after the 12-hour minimum cancellation time. This avoids the Treasurer spending time making refunds and the costs of those refunds. You can even pay after you finish in the darkroom by using one of the computers in the Digital Lab.
The building's outside doors are unlocked from about 7 am to about 7:30 pm Monday through Friday and about 7 am to 4 pm Saturday. You can stay after 8 pm but you must remain inside the building. Do not leave the building after these times and expect to get back inside unless you have an electronic key fob for the lobby inner door.
