PhotoMidwest / The Center for Photography at Madison is a 501(c)3 all volunteer, non-profit organization. That means everything we do is accomplished through volunteer help. No one is paid; not our board of directors, our interest group leaders, the committee chairs and the countless people - and hours - put in to bring PhotoMidwest to you.

So why do we do it?

In a word, passion... for the community of photography.

As a volunteer of PhotoMidwest, you gain access to the inner workings of our organization, and special access to this community, be it speakers or instructors, event coordinators, gallery owners, ... Your skill and talent can help shape the organization.
